Refund policy
You may request a return within 15 days of purchase receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on electronic parts, transmissions, valve bodies or DIY build kits. Shipping charges are not refunded. Customer is responsible to ship items back to Muldoon’s Performance Transmissions. Returns must be packaged in their original packaging and unused. If product is purchased from a dealer, the dealer who issued the sale is responsible to issue the refund. Return credits can take up to 15 days. RMA must be filled out or return shipment will be rejected. Any damages to products in shipping must be reported immediately to MPT. If shipping damages are not reported within 3 days of product delivery, MPT is not responsible for damages.

Shipping policy on transmissions
Superstock, TowMaxx, Stage One, Stage Two and Stage Three transmissions have a 2-4 week ship lead time. Stage four transmissions have a 4 week lead time. Valve bodies, shifters and all other Muldoon’s Diesel products have a 1-2 week lead time. Core transmissions and valve bodies must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Any damages to products in shipping must be reported immediately to MPT. If shipping damages are not reported within 3 days of product delivery, MPT is not responsible for damages.

If you have a lathe, a bridgeport and a mcmasterr carr account, you can do just about anything. I wasn’t fond of the three legged “spider drive” attachment that was included with the transmission dyno - it lacked precision in the concentricity and runout department. Necessity is the momma of invention - I machined a Cummins crankshaft simulator. This way I can bolt up any flexplate that is used behind a Cummins engine and have a drive that runs seamlessly.
